March 11th, 2011 · 2 Comments · Minerals Vitamins

I am thinking of starting a supplement vitamin diet and want to know the best to take. I heard potassium gluconate may cause stool problems and vitamin E can cause a heart attack if take too much. Thanks. Any suggestions for the best staying alert and smarter vitamins to take.

One thing that is for sure is you want to balance your vitamin intake. The best rule of thumb is "everything in moderation" as too much of any one vitamin can have adverse effects, just as too little of a particular vitamin can also be harmful. The B vitamins help with energy but you don’t want to overdo them either.
Here are a few things I would consider:
    1) The right combination of vitamins will give your body what it needs to function at its best. (more energy too!)
    2) Liquid supplements are best as they are absorbed more readily.
    3) Look for natural vitamins, essential minerals and antioxidants for a well rounded product.

I hope this is helpful to you. I have included a link for my source and the product I started taking 2 years ago. Best wishes! To your health!
